MARTINS A. AWOFISAYO - Managing Director/CEO

A 1984 Masters in Business Analysis graduate of the University of Lancaster, U.K. He worked with the London office of the Nigerian Universities Office as RECRUITMENT MANAGER from 1984 – 1987. As the Recruitment Manager, he was the Secretary of the Recruitment Committee of the Committee of Vice-Chancellors of Nigerian Universities that was charged with the responsibilities of recruiting foreign nationals as Lecturers for all the Nigerian Universities. He returned to Nigeria in 1987 and started work with Continental Pharmaceuticals Ltd, Lagos as Operations Manager and rose to the position of Deputy General Manager in 1997 – 2000.

He established HARVESTFIELD INDUSTRIES LIMITED in the year 2000 to market Agrochemicals and Insecticide Mosquito Nets in Nigeria.

He is presently the Financial Secretary of the Croplife Nigeria and General Secretary, Insecticide Treated Nets Association of Nigeria.He is the Vice Chairman of the World Malaria Day Celebration of the Federal Ministry of Health.

A member of the Development Partners Committee which comprises of representatives from WHO, UNICEF, DFID etc on Roll Back Malaria Programme in Nigeria. An advisory body to the Federal Ministry of Health on Malaria control in Nigeria.

OLUWOLE ILORI NICHOLAS- Head, Technical & Sales

He is a 1995 graduate of University of Ilorin with B.Agric (Hons). He has working experience of over 10 years in Agrochemical/Public Health Industries. He worked briefly with Dizzengoff W.A. Nig Ltd in 1997, Nigerian German Chemicals Plc (NGC) in 1998/1999 and finally joined Harvestfield Industries Limited as Technical Sales Rep in the year 2000. He is currently the Head, Technical & Sales.

TAOFEEK BANKOLE - Head, Accounts

He holds National Certificate in Education (Accounting) from the Institute of Education, Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and Post-graduate Diploma in Finance Management from University of Ado-Ekiti. Prior to joining Harvestfield Industries Limited in November, 2006 he already has over 10 years working experience in banking and accounts management. Notable among his previous employers were former Chartered Bank Plc where his last beat was in the Internal Audit, Lemmy Poly Ventures Limited, as Accounts & Admin Manager.

He is currently the Head of Accounts. He has also attended series of workshops and seminars in Customer Relations, Credit Control and Fraud Prevention and Detection.

AYOKUNLE FALUYI - Administrative Manager

He is the Administrative Manager of the company. He is a graduate of University of Ibadan, where he obtained B.Sc in Psychology.

He joined Harvestfield Industries Ltd in year 2010. He is also an Associate of Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply.

Prior to joining Harvestfield Industries Ltd in 2010, he has worked with Talod Oceanair Freight in Portharcourt and Vanelline International Ltd as Administrative Manager.

ARIBIDO SHOLA S. - Technical Sales Representative to Regional Cordinator– North

He is a graduate of the Federal Polytechnic Bida, where he obtained Higher National Diploma (HND) Degree in Agricultural Engineering (Farm Power and Machinery) in Sept 2000. He's also a holder of post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in management science from Kaduna Polytechnic, Kaduna in the year 2005.

He started his carrier as an Industrial Training (IT) student as a Sales/ Stock Officer with DIKK NIG. LTD, Kaduna, Northern Nigeria in 1996, in addition to his duties he served in various capacities before returning for his Higher Degree in 1998. After graduation and the compulsory National youth Service programme (NYSC), due to his previous experience and competence He returned to the same company as the Operations Manager between 2002 – 2005. He also served as a private marketer at the grass root in Bida Niger State between 2006 – 2008.

He has attended many technical training among which are: Croplife Nigeria Training of Trainers (TOT) Programme, Croplife Ghana (IPM) Training of Trainers. He Joined Harvestfield Industries Limited in 2008, serving as Technical sales Representative Kaduna Branch till Date

BENJAMIN EZE - Technical Sales Representative to Regional Cordinator– East

He hold Bachelors degree in Agricultural Economics with second class upper division from University of Nigeria Nsukka in year 2000 .He has over seven years post NYSC working experience, three years in academics and over four years Agrochemical marketing and business development. His first appointment is with Bright star comprehensive High School Bariga Lagos Nigeria in 2002, then Marigold college Oworoshoki Lagos 2003, St. Gregory's College Ikoyi Lagos 2004. In all the schools he worked as a senior Agricultural science teacher. He left teaching profession in 2005 to join The Candel Agrochemical Company Ltd Lagos as a Trainee Technical Sales Representative. He was later promoted to the position of senior territorial technical sales representative in charge of south eastern Nigerian territory. While working with Candel company, he attended several workshops and trainings which includes but not limited to sales management program organised by Lagos business school LBS in 2006. Weed management program 2005 and 2006 by International institute for tropical Agriculture IITA. He later resigned his appointment with the Candel company Ltd to join Harvestfield Industries Limited in 2009.

OLORUNYOMI KAYODE A. -Technical Sales Representative to Regional Cordinator– North East

He joined Harvestfield Industries Limited in March 2009, serving as Technical sales Representative Yola Branch till date.

He has attended many technical training among which are:- supervisor's course with UACN Training School Lagos Nigeria.

Managers training course on seed production, processing and marketing organized by FAO/FDA
In - House Training / Retreat, organized by Harvestfield Industries Limited – Lagos.

ADEWALE O. AWOYEMI - Business Development Executive (Vector Control)

A 2006 graduate of Chemical Engineering of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso. He joined Harvestfield Industries Limited in 2008. He has undergone various training in Nigeria by Bayer Environmental Science Lyon France, Clarke Mosquito Control University Chicago USA and H.D. Hudson Manufacturing Company. He has also attended various seminars organized by Federal Ministry of Health National Malaria and Vector Control Division.

LANRE ADEOLA

He is a graduate of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology Ogbomoso,where he obtained B.Tech(Hons) in Mechanical Engineering. He worked briefly with Excellent Foundation International Jos as a Marketing Officer February 2007 and later proceed to West African Cotton Company Limited (WACOT) that same year as a Sales Representative for Osun, Ekiti and Ondo States respectively before he resigned to join Harvestfield Industries Limited in March 2009. He has attended series of workshops and trainings both in Public Health (Indoor Residual Spraying by Harvestfield/Bayer) and Agrochemical such as Weed Control Management, Safe and Responsible use of Agrochemicals on Cocoa to be precise by IITA/USAID, EKHA Agro, Matnal Foods and NAFDAC. He is currently the Technical Sales Representative Ile-Ife Branch.
